We revised the bottleneck of the automatic strapping and packaging line we prepared for our customer, the Strapping unit, to make the line suitable for today's conditions. The customer was using manual strapping on their Slitting Line. By integrating the automatic strapping unit with the existing conveyor system, we made the line fully automatic. The bearing gaps in the Downender group were eliminated. The piston bearings were renewed. This way, both the downtime on the line was reduced and the line started to be operated by a single operator.
