As Galva Makina, we design special Cut-to-Length Lines for High Strength and Ultra High Strength Steels up to 1600 N/mm2. We provide custom solutions with laser cutting quality for stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous alloys.
Multi-Cutting Line
Galva Makina Multi Cut-to-Length Lines (MBL) are designed to simultaneously slit and cut Coil sheets into neatly packaged stacks.
Packaging Line
Galva Makina Packaging Lines eliminate all bottlenecks in production by working in perfect synchronization with your slitting systems. We carry out the processes of turning, strapping, precise weighing, multiple stacking, and palletizing of the slit coil taken from the turnstile without any manual intervention and at maximum speed.
Coil Inspection and Rewinding Line
Galva Makina Coil inspection and rewinding lines are equipped with flexible and automated production processes. The lines can be designed to suit various applications for different coil widths, diameters, and weights. Lines used for controlling the quality, rewinding, and packaging of coils used in different steel coil production processes such as galvanizing, cold rolling, hot rolling, coating, pickling, and slitting can be tailored to meet customer needs.
