Is your current Loop depth not enough? As Galva Machinery, we offer a solution to this problem with our loop mirroring system. Thanks to the loop twinning system we designed to be used on materials of 1 mm and below, we enable you to produce thin and narrow tapes and materials with high outer diameters without splitting, without changing your existing loop depth. In addition, Galva Makina and Galva Metal agreed to modernize their existing slitting lines and build a Loop twinning unit. With this upgrade, the loop pit of the existing line was enabled to be used with thin material and the efficiency of the line was increased.
