Packaging Lines are synchronous machines that can work integrated or separately with the slitting lines for efficient and high-speed use of the slitting lines. The slitting process can be carried out very quickly and a single coil can be sliced into up to 40 pieces. Turnstiles are stacked up to 4 arms and from there a bottleneck occurs. Packaging lines are the most efficient way to overcome this bottleneck. After taking the material from the turnstile, the packaging lines ensure that the tasks of tipping the sliced coil, strapping, weighing single slices, making multiple stacks, adding pallets and packaging are carried out synchronously.
